Miska Ramen Bar focuses on japanese ramen noodles. It was originally founded by 2 friends and cooking enthusiasts who love Asian cuisine. They learned to cook at the Miyajima Ramen School in Osaka. After the Covid breakout and lockdowns they handed over the ramen bar to experienced colleagues and professional chefs with ramen cooking experience with Chinese ancestry.

We want to bring authentic ramen to Prague. Our priority is quality, taste and good atmosphere.
